While wars were made one-to-one in the past with swords, bow and arrow, and spears, nowadays, one atomic bomb can destroy a whole city in a very short time. The Hiroshima and Nagasaki are a real-life evidence. With today’s wars being so bloody and savagery, the post-war effects can be extreme as well. According to international organizations, one-third of the bombs dropped on Laos between 1964 and 1973, estimated as 80 million bomb did not explode. Since then, for more that 4 decades, these bombs still kill and injure many people there.
In the past 8 years, since the beginning of the Arab Spring, many wars have been initiated and still ongoing. The longest none-stop wars were mostly in Syria, Libya and Yemen. With the past experience and researches, we now know that post-war effect are at least as much important as the war itself. Thus, Remnants of war such as mines, unexploded bombs and rockets, destroyed armaments etc. are the very dangerous and need to be taken care of as soon as possible. With the advancement of technology, automated and smart machines, like drone, can be used to get better results with less error.
