The judgment was expressed by evaluating the summary descriptions of the projects, published in the respective sections www.thinkmed.it/ict and www.thinkmed.it/sviluppo.

All the projects were voted by assigning a score from 1 to 5, where 1 represents the lowest grade and 5 the highest grade.

The selection of the winning projects will be made taking into account for 40% the votes expressed by the social jury and for 60% the votes expressed by the technical jury.
